Raven Diamond's Court: Vampire AU

Behold!!! My new AU for Raven Diamond's Court that certainly won't crash down in flames!!!

VAMPIRE AU!!!!

Story: Raven started off as a princess of a small kingdom, living a life of comfort and leisure, that is, until an assassin from another country aimed at conquering Raven's killed her father, sparking the flames of war. 

  Raven was forced to take the crown and the reigns of her kingdom, but she thought she was not fit to rule, especially in a time of crisis such as this... So she placed her faith in a dark Mage, the Witch of her kingdom, her gave her a magical Diamond, which, (unknown to Raven at the time), was cursed. 

  The Witch prophecized that if she performed a specific ritual involving the Diamond and a bit of bloodletting, she would be able to conquer... All. Raven didn't have full faith in the Witch but she was running out of options as it was, she had to defend her kingdom from the evil country trying to conquer it. 

  The next day, she started the ritual, with a handful of Royal servants by her side to aid her in this act. But, with the knife she were to use for the bloodletting part of the ceremony, one of her own servants stabbed Raven as she prepared the runes and spoke the spell. The betrayal was unprecedented for Raven, and her servants held her still, unable to help, she nearly completely bled out, but as all seemed lost the cursed Diamond glowed with a brilliant light, as it attached itself to the stabbing wound, which was in her heart. 

  Her eyes fluttered open, as she was given a second chance at life, by becoming undead. But she had a hunger, a thirst, for blood. And not only that, but for the essence of life itself, flesh. Her servants were her first meal in this new form, and soon the traitor was dead along with them. She had no control, she was an animal! A raging beast so beautiful and terrifying, her ceremonial gown tattered into rags and ruined with blood, they say her skin looked as if it were cut from marble, and her hair, as black as a raven's feather.

  She defeated the tyrannical country's army almost singlehandedly, for she was unstoppable, indestructible, save for the Diamond that was attached to her heart. Ever since then, she has conquered many lands, as her army and empire grew with every person she devoured, and now, no one can stand in her way.

So yeah :^D Raven's a bomb ass bitch, but don't worry, she has a lot more control over her bloodlust now. And she's actually not that mean, for a conqueror and vampire empress.

The Lore(?): Raven's Court is not her Kingdom, in fact, it is her army and Inner Circle, which is mostly made up of other vampires she herself turned, with a few humans here and there. They all live in the same Kingdom/Country, Corvius. The Corvians are a pleasant folk her either are amazed by Raven and her elegance, or live in fear of her immense power. A lot of the humans do tend to resent and fear the vampires that make the larger part of the Inner Circle, but if you're smart you won't mess with them. The Court and Kingdom are even Raven herself are still in a base in Corvius, even though they're conquering countries all the time so they could have bases literally anywhere else but whatevs lmao

Rainbow Obsidian: Rainbow was a human soldier in Raven's kingdom, (he was born after the Betrayal and the Turning tho), and was nearly slain in battle, fending off enemies as best he could. Raven found him nearly dead, and Rainbow was amazed, for he heard of the legends of Raven, of her beauty and power, but never saw her in person, until that very moment he laid dying. Raven pitied Rainbow, and turned him right then and there. Rainbow, now with his life given back to him, feels for ever indebted to Raven, and would never even think of betraying her Greatness. Raven knows this, and entitled him as an elite soldier and a member of her Inner Circle.

Purple Obsidian: Okay, I have a couple of ideas for this character, but they will only be canon if my friend Japanda-Draws  likes and agrees to them. My idea was this: Purple was a casualty of war, in which I mean she murdered by an enemy kingdom as she was caught in a battle. She was only a child, but a headstrong one who thought she could fight for alongside Raven's Court, (her were her heroes and idols), but she was very clearly over her head and almost died, Raven came along, wiping out all enemy soldier, but discovered that this war had a bigger cost than she thought. She couldn't let poor little girl die after she nearly sacrificed herself for Raven, even if the effort was fruitless. She turned her seconds after Purple took her final breaths, and her eyes opened again, and she looked into Raven's eyes and nearly fainted, one of her heroes had just saved her life, and she also got her wish, to be one of them, one of Raven's loyal soldiers, part of the Inner Circle. But, Purple is a child who is frozen in time, for she can no longer grow or develop, which makes it very hard to be mature and be able to relate to the rest of the Court. But she is still a terrifying force on the battlefield, thrilled to quench her bloodlust. Rainbow is sort of a big brother figure to her, and he looks out for her, and she does the same by him as well.

Bloodstone: None, yet. I think I should leave it up to superbowserjimmy67

Abilities: In the AU, every Court member's abilities are the same as their gem variations, but essentially brought up a few notches. For Example, Raven can shapeshift, but she can also turn into a swarm of ravens whenever she needs a dramatic exit lmao

Weaknesses: Sunlight and fire are still very bad for vampires, which is partially why Raven is covered in long robes, to be able to walk in the sunlight without burning to a crisp, the other reason is for the Mysterious™ aesthetic. Oh yeah, and being staked is pretty bad, but only when it's to your one weak spot for vampires, which is where there gems are in canon, so for Rainbow, if you staked him in the end of his back he'd be pretty dead
